Happy 7th month

Wah, i just realised that i've once stopped blogging after so long. Haha

Before i start anything, wana wish everyone a Happy 7th month. Please be good and don't do/say anything wrong during this month.

Lets start with work 1st
So far so good. Time passes quite fast, and this week is my 1mth anniversary in the company le. Means, its pay day!! Horrayyyyy
Gona treat fatty to something good and of coz frends that i've always meet up & most importantly those that have nva been kay kao to me =)
Boss flew to shanghi last tues and i guess she will only be back next week.
Colleagues are nice and funny. Full of crap too~ Hahaha

Fatty and his parents came and pick me up after work, we went to Ubi Megamart (chinese resturant)to have their cold crabs. Ooohh, Yummi man~
While we were in the car, Fatty's mum told me to start looking for a house with Fatty. Then i was pretty shocked, coz all the while Fatty is against the idea coz he's not ready for marriage and therefore we never talked bout getting a house under our name.

I asked fatty:" So we get a house ah?"
Fatty:" Yah, we can start looking already, Last time i always didn't wana talk bout it, coz i'm not ready for marriage, but now i am"
OMG, i suddenly felt like i'm toking to another guy can!
This doesn't sound like the Fatty i know.

N so things started frm last friday.
I came to know about the peak at toapayoh from a frend and i was pretty intrested in making a trip to the showroom.
His parents also wanted to take a look.
Therefore we made a trip down to The peak on sunday afternoon.
They were only left with 5rooms, and the hall is soo small.
But the only good thing about this place is the location and its just situated beside the central and train station.
Fatty and i both quite like it, but the price is omg
Over priced for a hdb, though its a condo-like hdb lah
Fatty's dad suggested us to get the 37th storey (the highest 1 left). The highest level is 40th storey.
And the price is $700k lor
He immediately said:" I will come out $500k for the 2 of u...as for the balance, you 2 will settle ok"
He said that without thinking, and we tot that he realli liked this place also.

After viewing the showroom, the 4 of us headed to have toasted bread at sim ming.

Later in the evening, we had 7th month dinner over at Jurong. Fatty's dad didn't come along coz he went down to Ion with a fren to look at watches. He's planning to get an AP or Batek Phillipe.
N so, only Fatty, his mum and i went ahead to the dinner.
While in the car, fatty's mum asked about the house and what was our opinion and decision.
Fatty and i told her that we liked the location alot, but the price is over-priced.
His mum said:" What uncle and i think, most impt the 2 of u must like the house"

Then Fatty's mum told him:" How many fathers will actualli come out almost 80% of the house for the son? He is giving u whatever he can that is within his abilities and doing a father's responsibility to u as his son..bcoz this is for ur future."
Wah, after hearing, i'm damn touched can. It's so true, i have to say that the 2 of us are very lucky to have his dad helping us so much

By the way, we are not buying the house to stay there. Its mainly for investment purpose, and we're gona still stick to the plan and stay with his parents.
My parents told me, since its for investment, we shld consider getting an apartment / condo with that $
Its more worth it.
I've got frends telling me the same thing also.
Headache ahh

I can start talking about our house to him, and he will reply me as per normal. It's so different frm last time

Before we went for the dinner at Jurong, we headed down to IMM to get some stuff.
The 3 of us went in Watsons and grab the things we needed to buy.
While queing at the counter, Fatty suddenly nudged me and asked me to turn around.
I turned around and i just laughed out damn loudly!
Theres this 2 yr old girl, she was sitting on the trolly and eating chocolate. The whole bottom half of her face was covered with chocolate!
Fatty kept saying:" so cute rite!!!" then kept smiling at her and playing with her.
The small girl still can continue eating her choco and looking at us. She's damn cute la
Then fatty kept looking, smiling and playing with her. Till it was our turn to pay and i casually turned around and look at the small girl again.

She was pointing at fatty!! With her mother beside her. I wonder wat she was telling her mother
I told fatty that the small girl was complaining bout him, and fatty said:" Its ok, nothing wrong one"...and he continued smiling at her again!!
He just couldn't keep his eyes off her.
Fatty is being more n more fatherly recently, and its a good thing!
After we left the place, he started telling his mother bout his future kids. Haha

Its 520pm...
Another 2hr+ for me to go home

Every day, Grace and i will chat on msn. N we'll both ask each other:" Y must we work ah??"
Hahahaha

Gona meet her for shopping n kopi session nex wk! Yay-ness!~

Ok la, till then~
