House hunting in progress....

Yesterday morning, Fatty send to the payalebar bustop and he went off with his parents to see a flat that was at circuit road.
In the begining, the both of us were not very keen on getting a flat that was at circuit road. Reason being, not a very good enviornment.
Therefore, Fatty just went along since his dad's friend introduced that place.
Its a new block of flat that has just been build.

When i reached office, I've got a sms from Fatty. Suprisingly he was quite impressed with the house. He said it was damn spacious and lots of privacy coz there are only 2 units per floor.
His parents liked that place alot also, and they immediately contacted the agent that was incharged of the house.

They managed to fix another appointment later in the noon at 5pm, and i had to go down and see it for myself.

My boss was very nice. I told her i need to head down to paya lebar area to see house, and she said:" Here, take my car"
Yeah, and its also my 1st time driving a SLK. Shiokness lor

When i reached circuit road, Fatty said that the agent left already, and no point seeing that unit also coz its damn shitty.
I didn't got what he meant, coz in the morning he told me it was wonderful, and now he told me another thing.

This was when i finally got the story right. The unit that they saw in the morning belonged to his dad's friend (The friend just bought the unit also). The unit that they saw later in the evening was a vaccant unit at the same level.
And this vaccant unit's position and layout is totally different and theres direct sunlight and make the whole house damn hot and stuffy.

Fatty's dad's friend was at home and we could go in his house and see again.
It was their 2nd time viewing the house, and it was my 1st time.
When i entered the house, i really could understand why they fell in love with the unit. Its really damn spacious for a hdb. Its a 5room flat and all 4 rooms were pretty big. The hall is huge and the kitchen is also power.
In summary, Good view, no blockage, huge rooms and hall, very windy.

Fatty's dad thought that the other vaccant unit was the same as his frend's unit and he immediately brought his cheque book along with him lor!
He told me if everything was ok, he was gona put a deposit on the spot. OMG

So, we got his cousin to help keep a look out for us lor

If we're gona get a hdb that is already build, I think its gona be damn rush for the 2 of us coz we've gota plan our ROM stuff liao
My "ROM and banquet on the same day" hope is gone!! HAHA

Anywaes, see how lah...We've not cfm the house we're gona get also. Still taking our time to look around

I'm hungry.
