Work

It's been 1.5mths into property line and i've still not closed any deals!!!
But happy that i'm still on and going lah! I still have co-ordination and viewings to arrange. Maybe i've not matched the clients to the right houses yet.
Big commission just flew away few days back =(
Brought my buyer (a kindergarten company) to view this detached unit at sixth ave. She liked the place alot, but the sway thing - Theres another kindergarten nearby and therefore my client won't be able to re-locate her kindergarten there. I was the direct agent for the owner and buyer.
The asking price was $5.5m. FLY AWAY!!!!!!!!
But nevermind lah! I shall continue finding new units for my buyer and help advertise the house for my owner.

Wedding

Fatty and i came back frm Taiwan 2 weeks ago. Of coz we enjoyed the food there!
Wedding photoshoot was considered a success lah. Took soooooo many photos lor! I'm gona have a BIG headache when it comes to the choosing of photos. Sigh
Taiwan was cold and both Fatty & i were freezing to death during the 2 days photoshoot.
In some of the pictures i was in my coat coz i REFUSED to take the coat off! Too cold!
I guess Fatty had to smile the most thru out the whole photoshooting session. The photographers had a good time disturbing him!
Each time when they need fatty to smile more, they just had to tempt him with FOOD and the smile just becomes brighter! Haha

I also noticed that after this intense photoshoot, Fatty seems to smile more in pictures now!

Basically most of the wedding arrangements are still on-going.
Our food tasting will be in June, Guo Da Li will be on the 18th July Sunday (as per the master that counted our dates)
Have arranged a jazz band to play during our wedding nite.

Fatty and brothers were supposed to head to Bangkok next wed to tailor their suit for the wedding. But it seems that the situation there has got worst! I guess they might have to postpone the trip
I will be getting dresses for my sisters too! Everyone will wear the same =)

For now, i gota search for a nice cakeshop that sells wedding cakes for our Guo Da Li. =)

14th May will be our studio shoot and outdoor shoot. Fatty and i has decided that we will skip the outdoor shoot!
There are too many pictures taken in Taiwan already!! We shall just stick to the studio shoot
I can't wait to see my MTM gown!

Mango might be sold soon
Fatty has decided to officially sell her off after so long. Till now, theres a potiential buyer but everything is not confirmed yet.
Sean will be changing to an evo and of coz he asked Fatty to join him too
I was happy with Fatty's reply:" No thanks, i don't wana waste $ on modding already"

Well, i realli need a car too! For the past viewings that i've been, i'm always driving his mum's car. So paisey lor!
So i realli hope that Mango will be sold to a good owner and Fatty will get a normal auto car for me to drive around!
By the way, we're actualli looking at the BMW 320 coupe! Damn chio can!!!
Gota count the finance first!

This crazy Fatty wana change his TV. He thinks that the 32inch TV in his room is getting smaller and smaller. He wants to upgrade to a 55inch lcd -.-
That fella realli koe hw to pamper himself!
So we'll be going tv shopping tml~
