Screwed up week

This week suks for me man.
Other that office matters, the others are still enjoyable and good for me.

In just this week, there are many screwed up shipments.
Customer issues me a official letter stating that they have changed their company's name, and all documents must be under their new company name.
Of coz I followed the instructions and something screwed up.
The vessel has arrived at their port, but cargo couldn't be cleared due to the new company name.
Customer comes back telling us that the new company name cant be officially used, and that all docs must be under the old company -.- WTF
Vessel has arrived at the port, and if there are any changes, there will be Penalty charges.
Though its clearly the customer's problem, and they have to pay for the charges, but its giving us a problem here.
This morning 2 big problem came up also.
1st-Had to call back 1 shipment that was scheduled for tml, due to customer rejects the material as it was from a older lot. -.-
2nd-A customer had to amend the BL due to some error. And the shipping company told me that the amendment will cost up to US$700. WTF?
Good thing was, the mistake was quite minor, and an amendment might not be needed. I pray that the cargo can be smoothly cleared. Amen.
Stop giving me problems, enuff for this week.
Sometimes, i feel very bad. Each time when my shipment screws up, my boss gota solve it for me. I mean, he's very nice to go all way out to help me la.

Only my social/private life is good for now. Enjoyed the past 2 nights of painting over at Gene's office. Damn funny. The guys never fail to make me laugh!
We started painting and after sometime, all of us started to slack.

Will be meeting Janey and Jas tonight.
But b4 that, i might need to follow my parents to go see toliet bowls and sinks. Haha
I'm already planning wat to eat later at Tong shit.
